Cheesy Cluck Bake

Well, I decided to make this dish since I had heard such great reviews. I mixed it up a bit by adding some broccoli (do whatever it takes to get that "super-veggie" into our diet, right?) I was short on time and discovered the hard way that many times casseroles are not "quicker". They require so many steps! As I put the dish into the oven, I remembered that I didn't season it at all. The recipe doesn't say much about adding them and I completely forgot. So, just to note, if you are making this dish, season it to taste and you'll most likely need to add milk to the condensed soup or it will be a dry, parched casserole. I am sure this is mostly my fault because of how I prepared it, but my family and Kenny too, decided they could live the rest of their lives and not feel bad about never eating it again.

That makes me laugh. Our family loved it. Maybe your broccoli sucked up all of the extra moisture and my family is used to bland food since their cook is a supertaster (another story - ask me sometime - it's quite fascinating) and half have underdeveloped tastebuds.
