Grandma Duncan's Blackberry Cobler

1/4 C. butter, softened
1/2 C. sugar
1 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 C. milk
2 C. blackberries
3/4 C. apple juice

In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter. Combine flour and baking powder. Add to cream mixture, alternating with the milk. Pour into square 1 1/2 qt. greased pan, sprinkle berries over the top. Pour juice over all. Top with ice cream or topping

This is definately one worth adding to your books. Let us know how you like it.
