Kerri Bunker emailed this to me. She has a cookbook and noticed Mom's sheetcake recipe wasn't in it. It's one of her favorite (she had it memorized) and so I thought I would add it to the blog for any who would like it.
1 cake mix
2 C. milk
4 eggs
1/2 C. flour
the oil the box calls for.
Beat on high for 5 minutes and bake in a greased and floured sheet cake pan for about 15 min at 350. This is the BEST. It makes the cake taste so much better and it is not so sweet. It also makes the cake a little chewier instead of so crumbly too.
