Heritage Pumpkin Pie


Mix:
1 1/2 C. pumpkin
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. molasses

Add:
3 beaten eggs
1 C. evaporated milk

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 for 40-50 minutes. Makes 1~9" pie or double to make 3~8" pies.
