6T Soy Sauce
1/4 C Vinegar
2 1/2 T Lemon Juice
2T Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 t yellow mustard
1 t parsley
2 cloves of garlic minced fine
1/2 t salt
1 t pepper
2-3 pounds meat (beef, chicken, pork, seafood)
The meat we had at the reunion had marinated for about 48 hours. This was optimal time but, not very practical. I marinated it overnight and that was a little more realistic. It wasn't as tasty and tender but, still yummy.
**I have added my mushrooms to the marinade and they quickly became the star of our kabobs. I highly recommend it to any mushroom fans!!
