Cucumber Ranch Dip
This dip is very yummy with your fried zucchini. Unfortunately, I can't even begin to guess on the measurements.
2 blobs of mayonnaise
2 smaller blobs of sour cream
1/2 of a largish cucumber, finely diced and gut the seeds out
a very small amount of milk, only if needed
a few sprinkles of the following:
garlic salt
a little more celery salt
parsley
salt, a little less than normal
pepper
dehydrated onion, a good sprinkling
Stir together and refrigerate to thicken. This is also a very good dip for veggies, but I think I'd thicken it with some cream cheese in that case.
