


These were very fun to make. I would imagine that your kids would be great help if you wanted to get them involved. My only tips would be that 1/2" thick would probably be just fine (recipe says 3/4") And be sure to make a double or triple batch if you want to make enough for the neighbors. I ended up with about 14 cookies.

Those look so good! Are those the actual Gingerbread Men that you ended up making or just a random photo off the web? Whatever the case, I'm in the mood. I haven't had gingerbread cookies for years!
Okay, nevermind the photo question. When I asked it, the top photo had not appeared, so I didn't have a dead give-away, like your name, to help me out!
