Wow is all I can say
I must say that dinner isn't exactly something that I spend a lot time on, so to hear and see the dedication of some of you is rather impressive. Maybe when I am a working at home Mom I will develop my abilities. As for now I am pretty content with my 30 minute meals (or 15). I do want to add...I bought Olive Oil for the first time...yes, I am progressing...maybe next time I will actually buy fresh herbs....maybe...probably not.

It definately makes a difference when you are home and have a family to feed. At least, it was more fun for me under those circumstances.
I used to think that it would be nice to cook for more than just Todd and me but, I still mostly cook for just Todd and me since my kids have underdeveloped taste!
Don't feel too bad Nanner, I just bought Olive oil for the first time too. I find that my chicken...tastes just like Carillisa's. I consider that a good thing. :)
