Review for Carillisa's Zuppa Tuscana

This was so yummy. I was brazen enough to use a friend in the ward as a guine pig but, he had two big bowls full so I think it was a good ideah. I really liked this myself and was sad to send the leftovers to work with Todd but, it's probably just as well since I'm having a hard time with pork lately. I think the next time I make this I will skip the bacon step and just use the crisp sausage bits leftover in the pan. Also, what do I do with all the leftover kale?

I am glad you are trying so many of these recipes and posting about them! I love to read the reviews. As to the leftover Kale, I have tried using it all different kinds of soups, potato to be exact. It is pretty good, but I particularly like the texture of kale in my soups.
